Mr. Gamini Priyantha the lay meditation instructor has been conducting meditation sessions at Damrivi Foundation since its inception in 2003.
Currently, he conducts meditation sessions twice a week (on Wednesday & Sunday) from 9 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. at Damrivi Foundation.
He helps those who come for his sessions to lead a spiritual life, and move towards the path of Nibbana through the practice of Vipassana meditation.
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body. It’s the disciplined attention to the physical sensations of the body, and the continuous interconnect with the mind.
These meditation sessions are conducted to assist those who walk on the spiritual path to progress on their path.
